Food Booth Registration
When: Saturday, December 14, 2024
Where: Marcy Ave, 1st Street and Pioneer Ave
Time: You can start at 4pm, Parade is from 6-7p. You can stay set up before and after parade.
Booth Fee: $25 for non-profit food booths /$50 for commercial food booths
ALL FOOD BOOTHS MUST HAVE A PERSON WITH A FOOD HANDLERS PERMIT ON SITE AT ALL TIMES!
-Each booth must have a temporary food permit.
-Please contact the Environmental Health Department at 360.249.4413 for permit application
-Application for the temporary food permit must be received by them no later 8 days prior to the event.
I agree to allow Montesano Chamber of Commerce to use my likeness, name, address, products, etc., on any marketing efforts which is in a direct effort to increase the customer base of the Montesano Festival of Lights.
